Hoping to sell my plane with or
without engine. Original design was for a Rotax 503 so a used 582 would bolt
right on. My BMW is a 4 stroke with dual plugs, pointless ignition with dual
coils, built in alternator, carb heat, Rotax reduction gear and a 3 blade
wood prop but it's heavier than a 582.
Plane was built and inspected to
Amateur standards, all tubing was wax sprayed inside, primed and nuts
witness marked and verified, fabric professionally done and painted.
Professional snap-on cockpit
cover, dual wing tanks but the one used for taxi testing sprang a leak due
to reaction of regular car gas and ProSeal tank sealant. In flight trim
Strobe tail light, dual controls
and pedals with toe braking.
Steerable Scott tailwheel, disc

everything is either new, 1 hr old or overhauled.
I bought the project in 2021 and finished the engine/cowling change,
fully inspected the A/C and made minor changes/ corrected snags.
This A/C will be ready shortly for the Transport Canada inspection for
engine change and will need the 25 Hrs to be flown off before issuance of a
special C of A.
I am entertaining bringing a buyer coming on board at this time, with
the appropriate down-payment, contract and guarantees.
